Looking for a quick and easy fruit to dehydrate?  Use sliced pineapple canned in its own juice.  Just open the can, drain out the juice for later use, make a single layer of pineapple slices on your dehydrator trays, and cook at 135 for 8-14 hours (depending on how chewy you like them).  They should be dried enough so there isn't moisture inside but are still leathery and flexible.
